Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide expert EHS support to the Business Operations team as a safety partner.
• Travel extensively (50%+) to support sites, launches, manufacturing, and initiatives.
• Conduct site assessments, audits, hazard analyses, and safety inspections.
• Deliver practical EHS guidance while maintaining strong internal relationships.
• Develop and implement safety programs, training, and risk mitigation.
• Respond to urgent safety concerns and support incident investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• 7+ years progressive EHS experience in high-risk environments.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, and international EHS regulations.
• Certifications CSP, CIH, CHMM or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) philosophy and programs.
• Advanced degree in safety engineering.
