Sr. Environmental Engineer, Wetlands & Regulatory Compliance

📋 Description

• Manage wetland permitting across multiple sites per USACE guidelines.
• Prepare and submit Section 404/10 permits to USACE and state agencies.
• Ensure compliance with the CWA, ESA, and EPA/state regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for agencies and coordinate meetings.
• Manage multiple environmental projects: scope, schedule, budget, client communications.
• Develop NEPA docs (EAs, EIS, CatEx) and support regulatory work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in Environmental Science/Engineering.
• 5–8+ years in wetlands/coastal ecology or regulatory consulting.
• Wetlands delineation and permitting under the Clean Water Act.
• USACE permit prep and acquisition (Section 404/10).
• NEPA compliance and documentation (EA/EIS/CatEx).
• Relocation to Brownsville, TX area required; not remote.
• Professional Wetland Scientist or PE license, or willingness to obtain.
