📋 Description

  • Acquire knowledge of products to meet client needs.
  • Own and grow Enterprise relationships; primary contact for day-to-day needs.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships; maximize platform use; identify expansion.
  • Lead outbound efforts to acquire new Enterprise clients with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with CSM, Sales Engineering, Product for tailored solutions on complex deployments.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Ops to ensure timely, accurate billing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required.
  • 5-8 Years of Digital Marketing/Account Management experience.
  • 2-4 years of AI and/or Lead Connector tech or related experience.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, SEO.
  • Experience with CRM Systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
