Sr Engineering Technical Program Manager - Internal Platform Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end Internal Platform Infrastructure programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, Procurement, Data, HR.
• Lead architecture/design conversations and tradeoffs.
• Own vendor relationships, pilots, renewals, and escalations.
• Manage identity, access, and security initiatives (SSO, RBAC).
• Guide AI tooling pilots and data/integration platform work.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management within infrastructure/platform/IT.
• Strong fluency with authentication/identity patterns (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts).
• Experience with integrated tooling stacks spanning CRM, telephony, automation, identity, and data systems.
• Proven vendor management (RFPs, pilots, renewals, escalations).
• Enterprise AI concepts: LLMs, AI agents, governance.
• Collaboration with platform engineering, SRE, or infra teams on API platforms, observability, and security.
