Define processes and structures enabling growth and execution of a diverse engineering org.
Provide technical guidance via reviews, design discussions, and pairing.

🎯 Requirements

Lead by example; design and deliver quality data solutions.
Deep understanding of distributed systems and data-intensive apps.
SQL proficiency and data analysis; 9+ years with Python.
3+ years Big Data experience with BigQuery and Airflow.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Excellent communicator; mentor engineers; partner with execs.
