🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of software/ML engineering experience, including leading teams.
- Hands-on depth in ads ranking, retrieval, targeting, recommendation, or ML optimization.
- Experience building/operating large-scale distributed or ML systems in production.
- Proven TLM capable of driving architecture, execution, and mentoring engineers.
- Experience partnering with Product, ML Platform, Ads Serving, and Data Science.
- Strong systems thinking; balance quality, speed, scalability, and reliability.
