📋 Description

• Lead a cross-platform team for content acquisition, media ingestion, and signals.
• Set technical direction and drive quality, performance, reliability.
• Partner with Content, Shopping Catalog, and GenAI teams to improve content ecosystem.
• Guide platform and architectural decisions balancing product needs and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years software engineering, incl distributed systems and big data.
• 5+ years engineering management leading strong client or platform teams.
• Deep understanding of crawling systems, media ingestion, and big data processing.
• Familiarity with search and recommendation systems, GenAI compliance.
• Track record delivering meaningful product, system, or efficiency improvements.
• Ability to lead work across platforms and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
