Own major strategic initiatives advancing DV Engineering.
Define processes to enable growth and execution of a diverse team.
Contribute to architectural decisions focused on product and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

9+ years programming experience with Python.
3+ years in big data with BigQuery and Airflow; data pipelines at scale.
3+ years in leadership roles.
Experience with DevOps: build servers, Docker, Kubernetes.
Mentoring and growing a diverse data engineering team.
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
Expertise in dbt and BigQuery (Preferred).
Excellent communication and team-player.
