Sr. Engineer, Storage

📋 Description

• Design distributed storage solutions for scalable AI workloads.
• Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage; integrate clusters for customers.
• Work with RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, and NFS/FUSE to optimize storage.
• Lead reliability, durability, security, and observability of storage.
• Collaborate with operations to monitor and troubleshoot storage in production.
• Define metrics and dashboards for visibility into storage performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production.
• Experience with storage protocols (S3/NFS) and file systems like Ceph, DAOS, or similar.
• Proficiency in Go, C, or Rust.
• Proficiency using AI tools to augment software development.
