- Solid technical knowledge of data/AI platforms (Databricks preferred) to scope engagements.
- Strong program management and delivery oversight; align cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across executives, technical teams, partners, and internal stakeholders; travel ~20%.
