Sr. Electrical Superintendent (Construction)

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project at Hawthorne campus.
• Lead a team of laborers and contractors; manage schedules, deliverables, and safety.
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive a safety culture on site.
• Coordinate field activity and resolve issues with contractors and internal partners.
• Manage site logistics: deliveries, inventory, storage, and jobsite cleanliness.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; 5+ years in construction with crew management.
• Field experience managing multi-discipline contractor teams; project management software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; knowledge of permitting and environmental agencies.
• Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, surveying.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication and initiative.
