Lead electrical integration of inverters/converters, BMS, actuators, and HV/LV distribution systems.
Design and validate junction boxes including busbars, IGBT modules, relays, contactors, and fusing.
Integrate and commission dynamometer testing with instrumentation, power supplies, cooling, and data acquisition.
Decompose profiles into power needs and validate electrical performance via testing.
Troubleshoot high-power electrical issues with junction boxes, BMS, dynos, and distribution systems.
Develop test automation scripts and tools to streamline integration testing and data analysis.
