🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in custom electronics: schematic capture, multi-layer PCB, production-ready designs.
- PCB design: schematic, layout, and simulation; CAD tools (Altium Designer or equivalent).
- Quality assurance: testing and qualification of electronics for quality and safety.
- MIL-STD-810 environmental and MIL-STD-461 EMI/EMC; U.S. citizenship required.
- DFM for PCB/PCBA, wire harnesses, assembly and test processes.
- Soft skills: problem solving, attention to detail, and strong communication; team collaboration.
