Own substantial portions of circuit and subsystem designs and architecture decisions.
Mentor junior engineers and raise the team's technical bar.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product engineering, firmware, manufacturing, and quality.
Drive designs to meet product and regulatory requirements.
Bring up, test, and validate electronics using lab tools.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
6+ years of embedded electronics design
Lead hardware design from concept to mass production
Embedded MCUs, power delivery, and handheld battery systems
EMI/ESD experience and regulatory testing
Hands-on bring-up and mentoring
