Perform hands-on debugging to root-cause failed PCBA components (antenna, Wi-Fi, PSU)
Use oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, X-ray, logic analyzer, and scripts to root cause electronics
Develop tools/equipment to speed root-cause of electronics
Drive PCBA yield root causes and reduce factory escapes of defective hardware
Document failure modes and use data to improve reliability
Collaborate with design, software, test, and manufacturing to improve yield and reliability

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
5+ years in digital or mixed-signal design with scopes, DMMs, power supplies
Experience troubleshooting electronics hardware or RF systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to jump into ill-defined problems and drive outcomes
Familiarity with Python, C++, SQL
