Design, analyze, and optimize ECS and fuselage flow/thermal for cabin and electronics.
Build system-level and component-level flow/thermal models to guide design.
Develop 1D/3D models using Ansys Fluent, Start CCM+, Matlab.
Evaluate heat loads from avionics, electronics, and occupants.
Correlate analytical models with test data for verification and certification.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and DO-160 compliance.

🎯 Requirements

M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field).
5+ years of experience in thermal and flow analysis.
Proficiency in thermal/fluid modeling tools: Thermal Desktop, SINDA/Fluint, Flownex, GT-Suite.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
Experience with CFD tools: ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM.
Familiarity with DO-160 environmental standards for aircraft systems.
