Sr. Director, Tax Accounting & Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740)
• Manage inputs for provision, including current and deferred tax
• Prepare tax footnotes for 10-K/10-Q filings
• Ensure all legal entities are reflected in the provision process
• Apply international tax considerations and related reporting
• Lead tax forecasting to support EPS and cash flow guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 Senior Manager or above
• Proven leadership of tax provision end-to-end for a public multinational
• Strong ASC 740 and SEC reporting expertise
• Experience with tax provision software (OneSource, Vertex, TaxStream)
• Ability to manage complex multi-entity tax environments and partner cross-functionally
