🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in pre-sales or SaaS; 5+ years second-line leadership.
  • Proven ability to scale diverse pre-sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling (MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams (EMEA/international).
  • Executive presence and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, RevOps.
