- 8+ years of progressive leadership in Sales Development, Business Development, or related functions.
- Proven track record of building and scaling SDR/BDR orgs delivering revenue impact.
- Deep understanding of segment-specific sales development strategies.
- Strong knowledge of sales development tools, CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms; AI-driven strategies a plus.
- Exceptional ability to analyze data, tell performance stories, and translate insights into action.
- Proven ability to build leadership bench and career pathways for SDR talent.
