  • Own the Sales Development strategy, execution, pipeline across segments.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on opportunity creation goals and targets.
  • Drive AI-driven enrichment, orchestration, and automation to improve targeting and conversion.
  • Develop and share performance narratives weekly, monthly, and quarterly including ROI.
  • Build and scale a high-performing SDR/BDR team; develop managers and succession.
  • Partner with Marketing to orchestrate outbound campaigns and align XDR with demand generation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership in Sales Development, Business Development, or related functions.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling SDR/BDR orgs delivering revenue impact.
  • Deep understanding of segment-specific sales development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sales development tools, CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms; AI-driven strategies a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data, tell performance stories, and translate insights into action.
  • Proven ability to build leadership bench and career pathways for SDR talent.
