🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Sales Ops within SaaS at global enterprise scale.
  • Proven ownership of deal desk, pricing governance, territory/capacity, CPQ.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, CPQ, DocuSign, Clari; ERP integrations; Snowflake BI.
  • Strong commercial/financial fluency; margin analysis; ASC 606/IFRS 15 familiarity.
  • Executive communication; data-driven storytelling; partner to CRO/CFO; player-coach leadership.
