Own the company’s quote-to-cash and commission accounting process, including improvements and system optimization.
Be the go-to Finance expert in discussions with the sales team for deal structuring and business guidance.
Serve as SME on all technical accounting matters to ensure compliance (US GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 340-40).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, IT, product, engineering) to operationalize new product offerings and forecast revenue and commissions.
Ensure timely accounting close and reporting of revenue, key billing metrics, and commissions; oversee billing and collections.
Lead and develop high-performing teams with strong organization and communication skills.
