  • Develop strategy and playbook to grow employer unit sales via Health Plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with health plans, HP leadership, and channel partners.
  • Create and deploy channel partnerships with Strategy and HP teams; train sales.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and deal execution with HP AMT, legal, and finance.
  • Create weekly pipeline reports and up-to-date sales forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Act as subject matter expert; drive ARR growth and close key deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years health plan or channel sales/business development experience.
  • Strong relationships with health plans and enterprise channels.
  • Proven track record growing employer contracts and ARR.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to train HP and channel sales teams on messaging and value.
  • Comfort coordinating with Strategy, Marketing, Product and cross-functional teams.
