- 5+ years health plan or channel sales/business development experience.
- Strong relationships with health plans and enterprise channels.
- Proven track record growing employer contracts and ARR.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to train HP and channel sales teams on messaging and value.
- Comfort coordinating with Strategy, Marketing, Product and cross-functional teams.
