- Lead Peloton’s global Technical Product Safety org, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across connected fitness products.
- Define and execute a global product safety and regulatory compliance strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Shape org design, budgets, and scalable processes enabling innovation across the product portfolio.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Mgmt, Member Support, and Customer Experience on safety matters.
- Establish governance to monitor safety risks and drive investigations.
- Represent Peloton in external standards/regulatory forums and maintain global regulatory expertise (UL, EN, ASTM, etc.).
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership in Product Safety, Regulatory Compliance and/or Quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams across products and regions.
- 5+ years in consumer goods (B2C) environments.
- Experience developing and executing product safety and regulatory strategies at scale.
- Strong problem-solving using methodologies (8D, CAPA) and excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
