🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or related field.
  • 10+ years in product/ integrated marketing or GTM leadership; footwear/apparel preferred.
  • 5+ years leading managers or senior ICs in global/multi-region settings.
  • Deep GTM and integrated campaign expertise.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution in matrix organizations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, storytelling, and KPI-driven mindset.
