📋 Description

  • Lead Marketing Operations to be a proactive revenue engine.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Marketing Ops or GTM Ops with demand-gen experience.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS from 100M ARR to 300M+ ARR.
  • Proven ability to build repeatable marketing engines tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep Marketo–Salesforce lifecycle, lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
  • Strong funnel analytics and multi-touch attribution.
  • Leadership and cross-functional partnership with C-level stakeholders.
