📋 Description

  • Lead multi-year RNG offtake opportunities for Amp assets.
  • Create markets and educate customers for long-dated opportunities.
  • Originate, negotiate, and execute term transactions with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and manage a CRM-tracked pipeline from prospecting to contract.
  • Represent Amp at conferences and client visits; develop education materials.
  • Travel 50-60%; remote-first with Chicago hub available.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ experience in energy origination and transaction structuring.
  • Strong understanding of energy verticals: gas, power, data centers, C&I.
  • Proven ability to originate and close multi-year offtake contracts; pricing, credit/security, risk allocation.
  • Sustainability expertise and RNG market knowledge; familiarity with RFS/RINs, LCFS, CI accounting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of policy/incentive frameworks (EPA RFS, CA LCFS, state programs) (preferred).
  • Independent, tenacious, collaborative; ability to work with executives and teams.
