π― Requirements
- 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing with people leadership.
- Proven experience building multi-channel lifecycle programs incl in-product messaging.
- Translate business/product strategy into lifecycle objectives, KPIs, and roadmaps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design in-product lifecycle experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the lifecycle team.
- Communicate lifecycle performance to executives.
- Hands-on Braze experience or similar lifecycle platforms.
