  • 8+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud or database sales.
  • 3+ years leading high performing enterprise sales or specialist teams.
  • Experience executing GTM motions or scaling new product lines.
  • Strong technical base: APIs, microservices, real-time systems, distributed applications.
  • Proven track record selling to CIO/CTO, architecture and platform engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
