Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A and build rolling 6-quarter forecast.
• Own annual budget, monthly reforecast, and variance analysis.
• Manage EBITDA add-back tracker and KPI models (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
• Develop ARR/MRR/NRR analysis and unit economics storytelling.
• Create monthly close narrative for board updates within 72 hours.
• Partner with SVP RevOps and department heads to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years FP&A experience with 4+ years at a PE-backed company.
• Deep SaaS and recurring revenue metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV.
• Experience preparing PE board packages and data rooms.
• Hybrid revenue model experience; NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker familiarity.
• Mentor FP&A specialists and proactively drive process improvements.
• Strong cross-functional communication and board-level storytelling.
