Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Build and own rolling 6-quarter forecast.
• Develop annual budget, monthly reforecast, and variance framework.
• Own EBITDA add-back tracker and monthly adjustments.
• Build ARR/MRR/NRR, CAC, LTV models to tell the business story.
• Design monthly close narrative for board-ready updates within 72 hours.
• Collaborate with SVP Commercial, RevOps, and department heads on models.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years FP&A experience, at least 4 years at a PE-backed company.
• Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40.
• Experience with PE board packages, management presentations, or data rooms.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker.
• Experience with hybrid revenue models is preferred.
