Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Build and own the rolling 6-quarter financial forecast.
• Develop and maintain annual budget model, monthly reforecast, and variance framework.
• Own EBITDA add-back tracker; identify monthly adjustments.
• Build ARR bridge, MRR roll-forward, NRR cohort analysis, CAC and LTV models.
• Design monthly close narrative for board-ready communication within 72 hours of close.
• Partner with SVP Commercial, RevOps, and dept heads to build models that inform real operating decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years FP&A with at least 4 years at a PE-backed company.
• Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, Rule of 40.
• Experience preparing or contributing to a PE board package, management presentation, or data room.
• Experience with a hybrid revenue model (recurring services + software).
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker.
