🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in GTM tech, RevOps, analytics, or applied AI; 7+ yrs leadership.
- Proven track record building/transfacting GTM tech in global B2B SaaS with measurable impact.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, data science, data strategy, and administration.
- Deep fluency in GTM stack: Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, CPQ; plus data/AI stacks.
- Experience operationalizing ML/GenAI in GTM systems; governance and data quality.
- Bonus: hands-on AI deployment (agentic AI/RAG) and Elastic Stack familiarity.
