  • 12+ years in B2B marketing with senior leadership in enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record building and scaling field marketing teams and programs.
  • Experience leading field marketing teams across NA & LATAM.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with Salesforce and Tableau for exec reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional leadership.
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
