🎯 Requirements

  • MD/DO/PhD or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 10+ years in Medical Affairs/Clinical Development/HEOR.
  • Led integrated evidence generation in rare diseases.
  • Expertise in RWE, registries, HEOR, Phase 4 studies.
  • Experience in late-stage development, launches, post-marketing.
  • Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and cross-functional leadership.
