- MD/DO/PhD or equivalent advanced degree.
- 10+ years in Medical Affairs/Clinical Development/HEOR.
- Led integrated evidence generation in rare diseases.
- Expertise in RWE, registries, HEOR, Phase 4 studies.
- Experience in late-stage development, launches, post-marketing.
- Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and cross-functional leadership.
