• Lead delivery infrastructure powering Core and Ads product experiences.
• Collaborate with eng and product teams to implement delivery solutions for organic and ads.
• Lead 100+ engineers, set vision, drive execution, and foster a healthy culture.
• Modernize delivery infrastructure to boost reliability, scalability, and velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years engineering leadership scaling 50+ engineers.
• Proven experience building and operating critical, user-facing backend serving systems.
• Deep knowledge of consumer-facing recommendation, search, or ads systems; guide reliability.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
