π― Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years ecommerce experience; 4+ years owning digital experience in a DTC.
- Deep expertise in digital merchandising, online assortment, pricing, onsite search, and CRO.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital teams through change; strong communication.
- Fluency with Shopify, Searchspring, GA Analytics, and Power BI.
