🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a DevOps or Infrastructure leadership role.
Global teams leadership across multiple time zones.
Hands-on technical background for incidents and architecture discussions.
Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP).
Automation, CI/CD, IaC, and modern DevOps tooling.
Streaming/messaging frameworks such as Kafka or Kinesis.
