• Builds a high-performing team of Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science or related field.
\n
• Master's degree preferred in Technology, Analytics or Leadership.
\n
• 12+ years in data/analytics leadership roles.
\n
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data teams.
\n
• Deep retail/consumer industry knowledge with KPI focus.
\n
• Strong ability to connect analytics to commercial KPIs and financial outcomes.
