📋 Description

  • Design and administer self-funded domestic and international benefit plans.
  • Ensure HIPAA/ERISA/COBRA compliance; prepare filings and review plan documents.
  • Review vendor contracts; monitor terms and performance.
  • Lead benefits initiatives and resolve complex plan issues.
  • Oversee benefits communications and engage internal stakeholders.
  • Benchmark programs with data and market trends; propose enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in domestic and international Benefit Programs; self-funded contract review (pharmacy).
  • Vendor experience; CEBS certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical skills; self-funded plans; proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS, benefits databases.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/ERISA/COBRA; ability to develop/evaluate benefit proposals (RFPs).
