🎯 Requirements

- Vendor experience; CEBS certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical skills; self-funded plans; proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS, benefits databases.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/ERISA/COBRA; ability to develop/evaluate benefit proposals (RFPs).
