🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a BA for CMS, digital platforms, or enterprise web apps
- Experience with enterprise CMS (AEM strongly preferred)
- Strong process-analysis skills and discovery techniques
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related STEM field
