- Deep knowledge of paid search and paid social: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- Strong SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content gaps, rank tracking; AEO/AI aware.
- Ability to build performance frameworks and dashboards linking channel activity to outcomes.
- Experience budgeting across paid channels: tracking, reconciliation, vendor billing with finance/ops.
- Strong analytical skills; translate insights to technical and non-technical audiences; excellent English.
