  • Lead SEO/AEO tracking: visibility, AI mentions, rankings, gaps, and pipeline attribution.
  • Translate data into priorities; partner with content/strategy to act on opportunities.

  • Stay current on algorithms, AI trends, and competitive dynamics for planning.
  • Audit paid media: paid search and paid social; identify inefficiencies and ROI opportunities.
  • Develop testing strategies for ad copy, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10 years in demand generation, performance/digital marketing with hands-on paid media and SEO.
  • Deep knowledge of paid search and paid social: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content gaps, rank tracking; AEO/AI aware.
  • Ability to build performance frameworks and dashboards linking channel activity to outcomes.
  • Experience budgeting across paid channels: tracking, reconciliation, vendor billing with finance/ops.
  • Strong analytical skills; translate insights to technical and non-technical audiences; excellent English.
