Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes platforms across GCP, AWS, and data centers.
Build and maintain shared services: Kafka, Aerospike, Airflow, Prometheus, Grafana.
Create tooling to turn platform ops into self-service workflows.
Drive CI/CD evolution with operators and tooling to speed deployments.
Shape infrastructure standards for automation, observability, security, and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE on production-scale infra.
3+ years Kubernetes in production; bonus if you owned a K8s platform.
Strong cloud expertise in GCP or AWS (multi-cloud valued).
Software mindset: write code (Python, Go, Bash) to solve infra problems.
Observability-driven troubleshooting using metrics, logs, traces.
Platform thinking: reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
