Logs, métricas e traces: coleta e correlação.
Observabilidade em serverless (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services) e AKS.
Containers/Kubernetes: AKS, Helm, Prometheus.
Dashboards/alertas (KQL, Workbooks, Grafana) e integração DevOps/APM.
Inf. como código (Terraform, Bicep/ARM) para observabilidade; DORA, SLA/SLO/SLI.
