📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end cell efficiency roadmap from ingot growth to production.
  • Define wafer specs for SHJ compatibility (resistivity, lifetime, thickness).
  • Design SHJ cell architectures for space: radiation tolerance, TVAC, UV, high power.
  • Develop fab metrology strategy with inline/offline tools for real-time control.
  • Lead reliability: HALST, damp heat, TVAC, radiation; 25+ year lifetime.
  • Build physics models (PC1D/Quokka/Sentaurus) for loss analysis and DoE.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or STEM (preferred).
  • Strong vacuum/plasma/sputtering knowledge and thin-film characterization (XRD/SEM/Hall).
  • 7+ years in solar cell physics, device modeling, or PV process integration.
  • PV metrology tools, reliability testing, and data analysis (Python, R, SQL).
