🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or STEM (preferred).
- Strong vacuum/plasma/sputtering knowledge and thin-film characterization (XRD/SEM/Hall).
- 7+ years in solar cell physics, device modeling, or PV process integration.
- PV metrology tools, reliability testing, and data analysis (Python, R, SQL).
