Conduct comprehensive Electric Engine teardowns and root-cause investigations
Serve as the primary technical expert for triaging and resolving critical issues
Make decisive judgments to prioritize mission-critical concerns affecting safety and performance
Develop Advanced Systems & Procedures for Electric Engine engineering
Establish Electric Engine end-of-line test specifications to ensure quality

🎯 Requirements

Master's or PhD in mechanical/electrical engineering, physics, or related field
5+ years hands-on Electric Engine experience
Demonstrated expertise in Electric Engine teardowns, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Multidisciplinary knowledge across mechanical, thermal, fluid, and electrical systems
Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving (8D, 5 Whys)
MATLAB or equivalent data analysis, modeling, and optimization skills
