🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Tech or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in engineering ops or delivery management in tech/consulting
- Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, or tech delivery
- Prior experience in engineering or DevOps teams
- Proven ability to manage team operations, staffing, cross-functional execution
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
