  • Act as trusted strategic advisor to sales on complex, high-value deals.
  • Improve deal quality, speed, and confidence by partnering early in the sales cycle.
  • Enable sellers to tell a clear value story via pricing, packaging, ROI.
  • Reduce friction in complex deal execution while staying aligned with Axon's frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Quoting, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales Eng to align deal execution.
  • Manage multiple high-priority deals with rigor and responsiveness during peak periods.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in deal desk, deal strategy, sales operations, or similar.
  • Experience partnering with sales on sophisticated, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong pricing, quoting workflows, and commercial trade-offs.
  • Working knowledge of technical or multi-product solutions; product fluency.
  • Advanced analytical skills; Excel proficiency.
  • Experience operating in Salesforce or similar CRM.
