Sr Data Scientist, Growth Product

📋 Description

• Be the dedicated data science partner to the Consolidation product team, owning analytics and modeling for growth across onboarding and consolidation.
• Design and analyze product experiments across the client journey using A/B testing and causal inference to measure growth impact.
• Partner with Personalization DRIs to integrate ML models (e.g., next-best-account recommendations) into product flows.
• Develop deep product analytics to map the consolidation funnel and identify opportunities to accelerate adoption.
• Create and maintain data models and dashboards monitoring KPIs (conversion, linking, activation) with emphasis on data quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing to translate insights into shipped features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or similar quantitative role with primary DS for a product domain.
• Strong product analytics skills; deep understanding of funnels and activation metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Curiosity and ownership; proactive insights amid ambiguity.
• Deep expertise in experimental design and causal inference (A/B testing, non-inferiority, factorial designs, power analysis).
• Strong SQL and Python, with hands-on dbt and Airflow experience.
