📋 Description

• Own and operate ML models in production.
• Build real-time bidding and decisioning models.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Design feature pipelines; balance latency and maintainability.
• Write production-grade Python code; ship with CI/CD.
• Analyze model logs and improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python in production systems.
• Solid SQL skills; Snowflake or similar.
• Hands-on tree-based models: LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost.
• Deploy ML models via APIs, batch jobs, or streaming.
• Comfort across dev, staging, and production environments.
• Independent worker who asks good questions and moves work.
