Sr. Data Science Manager (m/w/x)

📋 Description

• Lead the Data Science team (2 DS, 2 ML Engineers) to deliver ML solutions.
• Own credit risk and fraud detection models; ensure reliability.
• Drive MLOps adoption and best practices.
• Expand DS roadmap with high-impact use cases; collaborate with Eng.
• Foster customer-centric, data-driven decision making.
• Represent DS/ML in key initiatives across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing Data Scientists and/or ML Engineers.
• Strong background in ML for predictive modeling, fraud, or credit risk (eCommerce preferred).
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with cloud ML infra (SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Able to drive technical discussions and remove roadblocks.
• Thrives in scale-up environments; delivers measurable value.
• Excellent English communication with technical and commercial stakeholders.
